ROLV LLC ("ROLV", "we") operates a platform that helps people see which local service providers are available nearby and connect with them directly. ROLV is only a connection point. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider, we do not employ providers, and we do not perform, supervise, guarantee, or insure any service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ROLV. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your device secure.
You are responsible for your own decisions about whom to contact, hire, or accept work from. ROLV does not perform background checks. "Licensed" or "Insured" badges reflect information a provider supplied and that ROLV has not independently verified. Confirm credentials, licensing, insurance, and pricing directly with the other person before any work begins.
When you choose to be available, ROLV uses your device's location to place you on the map. Your exact location is not shared with other users — others see only an approximate area (about one mile). Precise location is shared only if you choose to share it with a specific customer for a specific job.
Don't use ROLV for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights, and don't misrepresent your identity, credentials, or location. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
Any payment for a service is arranged directly between the customer and the provider. ROLV does not process those payments and is not responsible for them.
ROLV is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROLV LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, conduct, or work of any user or provider.
You may delete your profile at any time from the in-app menu. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
